Sherwood Forest Investments manages and leases unique spaces that almost 100 years ago were occupied by The Guelph Stove Company which manufactured stoves. Each of the 7 buildings had a unique purpose related to the manufacturing of stoves, and other functions such as offices and warehousing. All have now been transformed to other unique uses .
In the last 30 years, the buildings have been renovated to a use that seemed appropriate according to the size, location, structure and design of each building. There are now a variety of businesses that occupy the buildings, such as, small workshops, artisan studios, recreational businesses, beer making, wine making, healthcare facilities, furniture manufacturing, private offices, self storage, warehousing etc. Each of these businesses are operated by Tenants who are our valued customers.
